وَفِی مُوسَىٰۤ إِذۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَـٰهُ إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ بِسُلۡطَـٰنࣲ مُّبِینࣲ ٣٨

wafī mūsā idh arsalnāhu ilā fir'ʿawna bisul'ṭānin mubīni
